Terms and Conditions of Alfaparcel Ltd

Alfaparcel.com offers a service for the purchase, payment and delivery of goods from the UK to anywhere in the world. The site alfaparcel.com is owned by Alfaparcel Limited (hereinafter "Alfaparcel" or "we"). Alfaparcel Limited is registered in the UK under number 06698023 at 5 Gold Leaf Industrial Park, Sandall Road, Wisbech, United Kingdom, PE13 2GA. Prices and descriptions of services are provided on the Alfaparcel site at www.alfaparcel.com .

1. Alfaparcel is responsible for sending goods the customer at the specified address for them. Alfaparcel is not responsible for any problems, delays and damage to parcels caused by postal services (such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, Fedex or others). When using the mail service chosen by the client all of their rules and working procedures are effective. In addition to payment for Alfaparcel services, the client pays for all services provided to him by postal services. The client pays the import duties.

2. Alfaparcel's liability does not exceed the amount of commission, the amount for shipping and purchase of goods received from the client. Alfaparcel does not guarantee the delivery of goods, shipping and forwarding, which is limited by import or export laws of the country, when sending parcels.

3. All parcels are sent from Alfaparcel using postal services have insurance. In cases of loss or damage to parcels through the postal services, Alfaparcel will take the standard procedures for obtaining insurance provided by the rules. After receiving the amount of insurance, this amount is transferred to the client through one of Alfaparcel’s payment systems.

4. Keeping parcels. Upon receipt of each parcel in a warehouse Alfaparcel will notify the client. Fees for the sending of a parcel must be paid to Alfaparcel by the client within 90 days of receipt of a parcel. Otherwise the customer pays additional fees for storage of 50 pence per kilogram of weight per month.

4.1. When sending parcels weighing 10kg to 20 kg Alfaparcel charge an additional fee of £5. When sending parcels weighing over 20 kg Alfaparcel charges an additional fee of £7.50.

4.2. Paper correspondence from third parties in addressed to customers - Alfaparcel does not provide delivery of letters received at our address with the client's name. Paper correspondences are destroyed without treatment.

4.3. Do not transfer through the Alfaparcel warehouse or warehousing system any goods limited in movement and storage in UK law. This includes but is not limited to - weapons, drugs, psychotropic substances and pornography.

4.4. Alfaparcel does not offer Pickup clients or their representatives from the warehouse Alfaparcel.

4.5. Alfaparcel does not send goods to recipients in the UK, excluding the return goods sellers.

4.6. Alfaparcel only sends goods to existing houses or business addresses. Alfaparcel does not send goods to P/O Box addresses or mail on demand.

5. Alfaparcel opens parcels and replaces them with our own packaging to create a more robust package, checking the contents to match the description by request. The cost of repacking each parcel, including material costs varies from £1 to £3, depending on the number and volume of packaging materials. Repackaging of large or heavy packages or special packaging may cost more and the client will be notified of the price. Also, by request, large parcels can be repacked to create one large parcel and two smaller parcels. Additionally, at the request of the client parcels may be combined (consolidated) from two or more parcels into one. Charges may be applicable and the customer must agree to the services provided by Alfaparcel.

5.1. Preparing packages for shipping is done within two working days of the request to send parcels / packages to the client. The sending of parcels to customers is done within 48 hours after the payment of delivery, providing that payment is made on a working day. The sending of parcels is done Monday to Friday.

5.2. The cost of registration for customs declaration and/or invoicing for the contents of parcels having a value of more than £150 is £3 pounds.

6. Customers must make any payments on their behalf and indicate when paying for a name which is registering on the Alfaparcel site. When paying via PayPal, the maximum amount which can be transferred from one customer per month (30 days) is £200. If you wish to pay via Google Checkout, the maximum amount which can be transferred from one customer per month (30 days) is £150. When paying via PayPal, items are sent only to the name and address of the holder of the PayPal account from which the payment is made. If you pay via Google Checkout, items are only sent to the name and address of the holder of the credit card with which the payment was made. If you pay via Google Checkout, the customer must send us a copy of their passport and any other ID requested. Also a copy of a credit card with which payment was made must be provided. The last 4 digits of the 16 on the front of the card in the copy may be deleted (hidden) by the client. If the client violates any of the rules described in claim 6, Alfaparcel reserves the right to freeze the customer's goods in the warehouse for up to 45 days to clarify additional actions. If Alfaparcel finds that purchases were made fraudulently (e.g. using a stolen credit card), then goods will be immediately returned to the seller.

6.1. A client that uses the "virtual address" service must provide Alfaparcel with a copy of their passport and credit card. Any 4 digits of the 16 on the front of the card in the copy may be deleted (hidden) by the client.

6.2. With the "Diamond" subscription, as a way to pay for orders and delivery to an address different from billing address, Alfaparcel takes Unistream, Webmoney, Western Union or payment to a bank account. When using this tariff Alfaparcel does not accept payment through PayPal or Google Checkout, except when delivery is made in the same name and address of the payer.

7. If a customer paying for goods via Alfaparcel makes payment through Webmoney, Unistream or Western Union, they may order the dispatch of goods to any name and address. In addition, in this case the client shall not need to provide any copies of documents to Alfaparcel. If the customer pays through these systems there are no limits to the payment amounts.

7.1. If a client uses the "virtual address" service all packages from the vendors should come to our warehouse with the name of the client. Sending goods to customers using the "virtual address" service must use the name and address of the client specified in their profile on the Alfaparcel site.

8. The customer authorizes and agrees that Alfaparcel has the right to open and repack any of their parcels to verify its content and its quantity, as well as open any of its parcels for other practical reasons, such as damages.

9. Payment for services such "virtual address" and "subscription service" cannot be returned to the client. Payment for the purchase and delivery of goods can be returned in the event that goods are not bought by Alfaparcel and/or not sent to the client. Alfaparcel retains a commission of £3 for each refund and £25 for every chargeback (refunding a customer via PayPal or Google Checkout), as well as fees for transferring an amount charged by the payment system.

10. Return of goods from customers. Since Alfaparcel is not a seller of goods, we do not accept return of goods from customers and do not reimburse them for money. In this case, at the client's request, we can take back the goods sent to us from the client with free storage for up to one month and request a refund from the seller if the payment for goods was made by Alfaparcel. If the seller of the goods returns payment for the good to Alfaparcel, this amount is transferred to the client through one of Alfaparcel’s payment systems.

11. For money transfers and payments through PayPal, Alfaparcel charges 4.3% of the amount transferred. For money transfers and payments through Google Checkout, Alfaparcel charges 4.4% of transfer amount + £0.20. For money transfers and payment through Webmoney, Alfaparcel charges 4.5% of the amount transferred.

12. Alfaparcel indemnifies any and all liability which may occur in connection with its customer’s orders, including any penalties and complaints from others.

13. The maximum dimension and weight of parcels that are being taken to the Alfaparcel warehouse, without prior arrangement with the client, is 105cm in length for any of the packaging and the maximum amount of 2 meters (length + width + depth + width + depth) and must also weigh no more than 30 kg. If the size of a parcel exceeds these parameters, the customer must notify and obtain consent to send such a parcel to the Alfaparcel warehouse in advance.

13.1. The "virtual address" service includes obtaining, storing and shipping of parcels addressed to their clients during the term of service. Other services for clients with a virtual address, such as the return of the goods to vendors, consolidation of products, content inspection for compliance with customer expectations, etc. are additional services and are provided for a fee.

13.2. Shipments arriving at the Alfaparcel warehouse from outside the EU (e.g. the U.S, Japan, China, etc.) may be suspended in the treatment of stock for up to two weeks to make sure the customer has paid any UK customs duty for such parcels. Failure to pay the fee for the parcel can result in the parcel being returned to the seller and the customer account closed.

14. Shopping commissioned by customers. Alfaparcel accepts responsibility for the purchase of goods ordered and paid for by customers. Alfaparcel does not accept responsibility for the quality and authenticity of the goods that are purchased by customer’s order. Alfaparcel is not responsible for the delivery time from the seller of goods to the Alfaparcel warehouse. If a product that is paid by the customer on behalf of Alfaparcel is not delivered to the warehouse within two months, the client is entitled to a refund of commission. In this case Alfaparcel takes all the necessary procedures for the return of the amount paid by the seller. After a refund from the seller, the amount is transferred to the client through one of Alfaparcel’s payment systems.

14.1. Checking of goods bought by customer orders is carried out visually, i.e. without a thorough analysis and examination. By prior arrangement, and the client's request, Alfaparcel can examine products in compliance with the expectations and criteria of the client. The standard checking of clothes and shoes for correct size and colour is carried out for free. When the number of items of clothing and footwear in the order is between 1 and 5, we also do a free visual, but not expert, check on quality. Checking the quality of orders containing more than 5 units of clothing and footwear is a paid service, the cost of which varies depending on the goods and their quantity. The client can learn about the cost of such testing for a particular order through customer support. Validation of sizes and colours is carried out by us free of charge regardless of the number of items in the order.

14.2. Alfaparcel is not responsible for the exact match of colours and shades of goods shown on the merchant site to goods that are ordered by customers.

14.3. Returns of goods sellers. If the goods are available, Alfaparcel can return them to the seller at the request of the client. In this case, the customer pays the postage to return the goods to the seller, if any. In the event that a return of goods is made because of an error by a seller according to the customer, Alfaparcel will not reimburse the commission paid by the customer for the purchase of this product. When returning goods to the seller because of an error on Alfaparcel’s behalf, the client receives compensation from Alfaparcel for purchasing this product and will not pay postage for returning the item to the seller.

15. All information and data supplied by clients to Alfaparcel is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties, except when such information is requested by the UK government agencies, as well as a client unless initiated by public debates.

16. Do not change the surname and/or first name in the profile on the Alfaparcel site, except for legal changing of the client’s name. Any client wishing to change the surname and/or first name on the site must provide Alfaparcel with copies of documents certifying the change of surname and/or first name.

16.1. The creation of more than one account on the Alfaparcel site for one and the same person is forbidden.

16.2. If a client violates paragraphs 6, 6.1, 16, 16.1 the clients account can be frozen for up to 45 days, and goods can be sent back to the sender.

16.3. Alfaparcel reserves the right to cancel a client’s account or to reject any order for security reasons or any other reasons. All the money that the customer has in deposit will be returned to the client, minus the commission for the payment system for transferring money. When a client closes an account Alfaparcel reimburses the client with all their debts to the client, if any.

16.4.  Alfaparcel clients cannot be under 18 years of age.

17. These rules are subject to change without notifying clients.

18. By agreeing to these rules, the client makes Alfaparcel their legal agents and representatives for any transactions reflected in the orders that are made through a customer using the Alfaparcel online order forms.
