Parcels are sent from the Alfaparcel warehouse 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

Parcels weighing up to 3kg being sent to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus will have a discount of up to 50% on the official prices of Parcelforce. Parcels weighing 3 kg to 30 kg will have a discount of up to 40% on the official prices of Parcelforce.

Normal delivery time from Parcelforce UK to Russia is 7-12 days and for Ukraine is about 7 days.

The cost of packaging for each parcel varies from £1 to £3 (depending on the size of the parcel).

Delivery Features

Parcels delivered by Parcelforce (EMS) to the customer’s home require a signature.

According to the rules of Parcelforce (EMS), the calculation of the cost of delivery is based on both the actual and volumetric weight of the parcel.

The length of large parcels cannot exceed 1.5 meters and the total package size (length + width + depth * 2 * 2) should not exceed 2 meters. If the dimensions of the parcel exceed the maximum size and contain indivisible goods, delivery of such parcels through Parcelforce will incur a fine of £20. When sending with a penalty, the size of the package size should not exceed 3 meters.

When sending parcels weighing between 10kg and 20kg, Alfaparcel will charge an additional fee of £5. When sending parcels weighing over 20 kg Alfaparcel will charge an additional fee of £7.50.

The price of delivery for each parcel includes insurance compensation of up to £100. Insuring a parcel between £100 and £500 is charged at an additional fee of £4. For an additional fee insurance is available up to £2500.
