1. Sign in to your account and make an order for your goods.

Your order may contain any number of goods from any number of stores. In a footnote on the order you can give us suggestions for the implementation of the order.

2. We will send you a bill for the goods. 

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a bill for the goods. The account will include the price of the goods (or your maximum bid on eBay), which is specified by you when ordering, as well as  a commission payment system, if any. 

When the bill has been paid, we will pay for the goods, and send you a notification. 

3. The product comes into our stock.

Upon receipt of your goods at our warehouse we will prepare it for shipment and send you a bill for services, which includes overhead costs to implement the order.

The bill for services includes shipping of goods indicating the exact weight, the commission Alfaparcel takes and commission for the payment system, if any. After paying the bill for services, the goods will be sent to you within two working days. You will receive notification of shipment and parcel identification number with a link to check the status of the parcel on the postal service website.

4. Getting your parcel.

Depending on your chosen postal service, the standard time of delivery from the UK can be from three to twenty days. All parcels are sent by registered airmail and include insurance, the amount of which is determined by the client.
