One of the priorities in our company is to create ideal conditions for quality delivery services. We use British postal services such as Royal Mail и Parcelforce (EMS).

To ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service, we follow a few simple rules:

Once the parcel is ready to send to the client, we send it without delay.
We always take care when packaging the goods in each parcel.
For each consignment of a parcel, all related documentation is kept with us for one year after posting.
We specify the price of goods in the customs declaration according to the wishes of the client.

It is important to note that the special reinforced packing for fragile, bulky or heavy goods is a separate fee based service, which costs £5 (or more). To determine the value of special packaging for your parcel please contact us.

Tracking via the Internet

We send all our parcels by recorded mail (on receipt of recipient). The parcel number (tracking number) is provided to the client so that they can check the current status of their parcels online.

We have the cheapest shipping

When sending via Parcelforce (EMS), Alfaparcel customers from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus receive a discount of 40% to 50% off the official price of the postal service. Clients of Moldova and the Baltic states receive a discount of 25%.

Parcel Insurance

All parcels are sent by recorded mail and are automatically insured. Upon request and for an additional fee, the customer may insure the package in excess of the standard amount. It is important to note that the postal services do not insure a number of products. For example, Royal Mail does not cover mobile phones in excess of £46 and Parcelforce does not insure goods made of glass or porcelain. For information about insurance and how it is paid, we recommend you read the rules of the postal service.

Customs

Upon delivery to Russia, the standard services (Royal Mail, Parcelforce) will be charged a customs duty of 30% of the amount of goods exceeding 1000 euros per beneficiary per month. For example, if the received goods in a month are valued at 900 euros, then paying the tax is not necessary, but if it is valued at 1200 euros, you will need to pay a fee of 30% of 200 euros, which is 60 euros in ruble terms. You will also have to pay brokerage and other related expenses. Upon delivery to Ukraine, the estimated top bracket, which is not taxed, is 200 euros.
